End of life choice referendum

The end of life choice referendum is a vote to deicide if terminally ill patients can choose to die.
To be able to choose to end your life you must be age 18 or older, terminally ill, a permanant citizen or resident of New Zealand, likely to die within the next 6 months from your illness, be declining in condition day by day and be able to make an informed decision about it.

If the doctor or nurse thinks you are being pressured into your choice they will deny your decision. If you are legally able to end your life then a lethal dose of medication will be adminstered into you somehow. This choice is to end your life if you are suffering from pain from a terminal illness not to just end your life randomly.

The doctor or nurse assisting you can not suggest this choice while providing health service for their patient.
