Getting help - mental health

Mental health problems are a big problem every in the world. My task is to focus on mental health in New Zealand. Three mental health clinics you can go to in Christchurch are: Hillmorton hospital, Mental health education & resource centre and lastly the supporting families in mental illness. The supporting families in mental illness is a place that provides one on one support, peer support games and educational courses.
The hillmorton hospital provides stuff like youth groups and adult services. The mental health education & resource centre provides lifelines, healthlines, sucide crisis helpline and much more.

These places provide groups and one on one talks. They are a great place to talk to others and seek help in the way you want. This is a way out of deppersion, you talk to others and they explain all the things you have to live for and each of those things are true. They help you through mental crisis and help you find others you can become friends with and hang out with.

Here at HHS (Hornby High School) you can go talk to the school counsellor, the deputy principal's if it is really serious or your teacher. These people each help in different ways but they are all effective.
